Description
Hi!
I exentsively use ctrl+R as an extension of my memory. Right now, I want to repeat an rsync command that ai shell told me yesterday.
But commands executed by the ai shell don't appear in the shell history.
I think implementing this is complicated for some reason.
Can we have a workaround?
Just let us specify a file in the ai shell config that allows setting a history file to append run commands to.
I can actually develop this.
Or some AI? I heard AI can solve 90% of github issues! Solve this please dear AI god!

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the CLI configuration handling and the code that executes generated shell commands; confirm how a configured history path could receive appended commands. Done means a configured file records commands run by ai-shell without breaking the existing workflow.
