Cannot configure Ollama

Tried several times and nothing works.

When selecting Ollama as a provider, clicking on "USe ollama" button there's a checkbox that says it's configured, but the popup does not close and the text input area is still disabled.

Start by reproducing the Ollama provider flow: select Ollama, click the "Use ollama" button, and enable the configuration checkbox. Trace the provider configuration entry point to find why the popup remains open and the text input stays disabled. Done means the popup closes and the text input becomes usable after Ollama is marked configured.
