Notifications Cannot Be Identified If Read in Bright Mode

Hello! I've noticed something in the notifications. In dark mode, I can identify the notifications that has not been read yet because unread notifications are more darker in color, but when I turn off the dark mode, the read and unread notifications seems the same in appearance. The only way to know if it unread is with the little eye icon at the right. It is nice if you also put highlights in unread notifications in bright mode. I'm using laptop Google Chrome Browser Version 79.0.3945.117. I hope this is a small help for the dex, thanks!
