View first responder history column

Admin can click to view past history of specific first responder on the first responder table/tab
Admin can view history of request to and activities of first responders

**Describe the solution you'd like**
The solution is based on react-admin library

Start with the first responder table or tab and review how the react-admin interface displays responder data. Trace how requests and first-responder activities are represented, then determine how the requested history view should be reached from a responder row. Done means an admin can open a specific responder's history and view their request and activity records.
