Description
- Validate that user is auth and verified
- Validate that the request belongs to the logged-in user.
- Change request status to not completed
- Notify the offer owner that the accepted applicant apologizes and he need to select another baby sitter
- Change all the other applications of this offer from "pending" to "new", so user can accept one of them
- Return success message
