Registration-page Front end

Create a user registration page for farmers, retailers and drivers using HTML,CSS,JS & Bootstrap. The following fields will be required.

* First Name (first_name)
* Last Name (last_name)
* Email (email)
* Phone Number (phone)
* A drop-down where the user can select whether they are a farmer, retailer or driver. (role)
* Password (password)
* Confirm Password (confirm_password)

#The form should submit to the endpoint (/user/sign-up)
