The tutor can view all courses he/she created, he/she can view published and unpublished courses in different groups.

Just view all courses he/she created both published and unpublished at once.

The issue names tutor-owned courses, including published and unpublished courses, but provides no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the backend's tutor and course handling, then clarify the expected grouping and access rules; the work is done when a tutor can view all their courses with published and unpublished courses separated as agreed.
