[FEATURE] Send Email on Registration

**Story Title:**
As a new customer, I should receive an email to confirm my registration to the platform[m-uwezo]

**Acceptance criteria**:
**scenario 1**:
GIVEN I want to register to M-Uwezo as a customer
WHEN I successfully register I should receive an email with a link to confirm my registration.
THEN when I click in the link, my email should be confirmed and I should now be an m-uwezo client

**scenario 2:**
Given I want to register to M-Uwezo as a Customer,
And I don't enter the required information I should not receive an email of confirmation,
Then I should be promoted to enter correct information
