Design a prototype for the Login Page

**Task description**
We need a login page. Create a log-in protype which we will bring to life.

**Solution we'd like to see**
We will like to see a HTML login and profile (dashboard) page.

**Additional context**
Here's the user story we are trying to achieve:

- I should be able to sign up, reset my password
- I should be able to log in anonymously so I see my profile page, update my name and preference (Group, Expert, Class), join and exit a group/expert, see my recent activity, delete my profile and set an anonymous name which I will use.
- I should be able to log in with my email and password so I see my profile (dashboard) page, update my name and preference (Group, Expert, Class), join and exit a group/expert, see my recent activity and set an anonymous name which I will use.

Liase with Tony to confirm you capture the information the project actually needs. The prototype is avisual representation of the front end and the back end logic od the Mcare Project
