Setup repository

**Details**
Setup repository by bootstrapping or adding/removing files or dependencies to the project folder that are necessary to begin the project using the required framework or technology decided

**Requirements**
- create a new branch from the **develop** branch before making changes
- **app.properties** file should not be removed
- testing and linting should be setup
- push the branch upstream and raise a pull request to the develop branch, referencing this issue
