[CHORE] On the FrontEnd React, in order to not be hindered by the backend, create a mock server you can interact with creating your client code. The response from the mock server has to be in agreement with what the final production-ready backend server will be generating. Have a discussion with the person working on the backend to for you to agree on the JSON structure.
