[CHORE] For the mobile application, come up with the proper design/mockups for what the app will look like. Create a mockups folder and push to the frontend repo. The FrontEnd repo will constitute two parts; the Mobile section and the Web section. Create them as separate folders in the front =end repo and push the changes.
