**Describe the solution you'd like**
- Provide Endpoints needed by Client App, to display the User Dashboard

- The Endpoints include but not limited to:
- List roles signed up for ( Food Producer, Investor, Market Buyer e.t.c)
- The endpoint to Post/Add new Role ( Only the roles allowed for users - its like adding a new service to your dashboard e.g. e-citizen Kenya) i.e" List Services to sign up for (Land Owner, Investor, Equipment and Products Provider/Seller, Market Buyer, Food Producer, Agro Expert)"

**Additional context**
Later on, endpoints to show totals of lands, funding applications, leased equipment e.t.c will be added in subsequent issues
