[FEATURE] Setup an API for Login, Registration

**Describe the solution you'd like**

- The server should provide endpoints to allow registrations and login features for the front end(client) app.

- Include options to register for more than one of the following roles:
- "Food Producer",
- "Land Owner",
- "Investor",
- "Equipment/Machinery and Farm Products Provider/seller"
- "Products Buyers"

- Include Profile update/edit, password forgot option

None at the moment

**Additional context**

- In this task API service should be configured within the Laravel Framework

- Add different roles for "Food Producer", "Land Owner", "Investor", "Equipment Provider" and "Products Buyers/Market Buyer"
