**How this feature request is related to a problem?**
As an expert, I should be able to sign up
**Solution we'd like**
Input my username, email, Password 1 and password 2, and be signed up.
**Alternatives we've considered**
Create a user via the super admin account and pass the login details to the experts who must change the password after first login
