Design the login and profile (Dashboard) page of the patients

**MCare requires pateints to sign up, login and see their dashboard**
Using react, Design the login and profile(Dashboard) page of the patients.

**Solution MCare would like to have**
We would like to have Mental health patients sign up/ login and create/ view my profile(Dashboard)

**Additional context**
Here's the user story we are trying to achieve:
- I should be able to sign up, reset my password
- I should be able to log in anonymously so I see my profile page, update my name and preference (Group, Expert, Class), join and exit a group/expert, see my recent activity, delete my profile and set an anonymous name which I will use.
- I should be able to log in with my email and password so I see my profile page, update my name and preference (Group, Expert, Class), join and exit a group/expert, see my recent activity and set an anonymous name which I will use.

You'd need to work with Chucks who is working on the backend to be use the necessary data is passed from front end to backend
