[FEATURE] As a patient, I should be able to see all the experts

**How this feature request is related to a problem?**
A patient would like to contact an expert ASAP. The patient should see the experts and should be able to send a message request.

**Solution we'd like**
We'd like to have the patients see the experts, their rating, date joined and send a message, if needed

**Alternatives we've considered**
Send an SMS through Twilio. More direct messages especially if the expert is offline
