Request feature for student teachers and trained teachers

**problem statement**
Student teachers need to practice their skills and knowledge in schools while still studying and all trained teachers, student teachers inclusive should be able to volunteer in schools on a full time or part time bases depending on the acceptable terms and condition between them and the school.

**Solution**
request should have the following:
- request type - `teaching practice` or `volunteer`
- work type - `full time` or `part - time`
- school name ~school should be searchable. note: user might just input the school name for now.
- subject
- class(es)
- duration
- start date
- upload files
- description

**Alternatives considered**
your innovation and idea is welcomed

**Additional context**
- schools should be able to reply to request by sending comments, files and reacting to the request. e.g accepted, not accepted, processing, etc

- teachers should be able to reply as well.
