Login Page

**problem statement**
users currently cannot sign in to the application, so they don't have access to the application resources.

**Solution**
A page should be created which has a form through which users can enter and submit their unique `email` and `password` which would grant them access to the applications resources.

**Additional context**
- same design and look of the landing page should be applied on the login page
- The `login page` should be `dynamic` . e.g pop up
- `Login link` should be visible when user is not authenticated, should be on the landing page and would be called when a user try to access certain pages without `login in`.
