Create the following route: index, sign up, sign in, dashboard, profile, report

**Solution Description**
- index route `get("/")` should get landing page or home page.
- signup routes should be able to get the registration page and also submit filled registration form. E.g `get("/signup)` and `post("/signup)`
- dashboard route should get the dashboard of authenticated users. `get("/dashboard)`
- users should be able to view and edit their profile via the Profile route e.g `get("/profile")` to view profile, `get("/profile/edit")` to view the edit profile form and `post("/profile")` to submit edited profile
- users should be able to report teachers and schools via the report route. e.g `get("/report") should get the report form and `post("/report") should submit the report form.

**Describe alternatives**
Back end dev's, any route used other than my suggested routes should be dully communicated to the front end dev's via the comment, project board and on slack.

**Note**
- This task is for back end but front end should take note of the routes and know where and how to utilize them while creating the home page and dashboard page.
- report link can be access from the `home page` without sign in and also on the `dashboard page` .
