### Narrative

As a reporter,
I want to be able to view my report history
so that I can keep track of my reports

### Acceptance Criteria

- **Scenario**: Describe Scenario\
Given a reporter wants to view his/her report history,
When the history link is clicked/tapped/pressed,
Then the reporter gets routed to the history page where a list of cards with previous reports briefs is displayed
... And when a single card is clicked/tapped/pressed, the reporter is routed to a page displaying the details of the report.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the reporter navigation and report list/detail entry points, then verify that the history link opens prior report briefs and that selecting a card opens that report's details.
