[CREATE CHANNEL] Could user Do channel setup for each idea

Users share their idea in channels that can either be public(close or open) or private

Users should be able to create a channel for them to share their idea in

**Additional context**
when the user create a channel, they should set up idea immediately to be shared in the channel
