Description
Alberta Spends currently shows 2023-2024 financial data. Latest audited data for 2024-2025 have come out since we launched.
Let's create a new Sankey with the updated figures.
Open question on how we handle the historical data. Perhaps as an MVP there's a toggle within the page to toggle between the '24 data vs '25 data, which changes what information is shown in the sankey. In the future, we can explore more interesting ways to compare/contrast between years.

Start with the existing Alberta Spends page and its current Sankey data for 2023-2024. Confirm the latest audited 2024-2025 figures, then determine how the page should expose historical data, such as a year toggle. Done means the Sankey shows the updated figures and the chosen historical-data behavior is implemented.
