Description
Currently for the federal government, data was manually added to individual webpages.
We need there to be a common schema that we can map public accounts data to.
The data schema needs to support:
- Public accounts data
- Ministry data (what ministries/departments exist - as broken down by the government)
- Minsters over time
We also need to pick a datastore (I'd recommend postgres) and a job runner (maybe https://bullmq.io/ or pg-boss, pg-boss would require less infrastructure)

Research direction
Start by turning the listed requirements into a schema for public accounts data, ministries and departments, and ministers over time. Then compare PostgreSQL with the proposed job runners BullMQ and pg-boss, documenting the selected datastore, runner, and transfer format as the definition of done.
