[SECONDARY FEATURE] DOM Manipulation for Professor Popup Window

### User Story

As a developer, I want to have greater flexibility when it comes to designing the UI of the Professor Popup Window.

### Technical Tasks
- Look into alternative methods to creating a professor popup window, ideally one that does not utilize React. React styling doesn't work as intended.
- DOM Manipulation is an example of one possible method.

### Acceptance Criteria
- With the alternative method, some UI issues like inconsistent window sizes, incorrect font sizes and styling can be fixed. This allows future UI updates to be much smoother.
