[SECONDARY FEATURE] Course Details Endpoints

### User Story
As a developer, I should be able to access course details in the database so that I can display the data on the front end.

### Technical Task:
Create endpoints with inbuilt queries to accept course numbers and return all associated data

### Acceptance Criteria:
- Functional endpoints with queries drafted
- Return sample data until scraper is built and executed
