Extension ignores state of workbench.editor.enablePreview when opening files

I have my setting `workbench.editor.enablePreview` set to enabled (default) so that when you open a file, it will open it in "preview". However the extension ignores this setting and always opens every file in locked mode. This is slightly annoying as usually when opening files from E4E I want to only preview them. After using the extension for a few minutes, my editor is full with tabs.
