box-shadow wrongly displayed

Description
Using box-shadow with the default browser engine on windows ( MSHTML ) results in a wrongly/badly displayed element.
I was not able to see or reproduce such an issue in any version of IE which supports box-shadow. ( IE 9 - 11 )
