Add work directory owner/pid owner column

It would be nice to show the owner of the work directory in cases where no modifications can be made to extract the metauser as per the instructions.

The issue does not name a file or test. Start by locating the script entry point and the code that formats work-directory rows and columns; then verify that the work-directory owner and PID owner are shown when the metauser cannot be extracted because the directory cannot be modified.
