add more info to member page

The following attributes should be added to the top (not in a table, as these are unique per user):

* Name
* DisplayName
* MetadataCreated
* MetadataUpdated

The following list (`Logins (x):`) should be added at the bottom (can be more than one)

* Domain
* UserID

The extra attributes are available in the `getGroupsByMember` service


Start with the member page shown in the example and trace its data from the getGroupsByMember service. Confirm that Name, DisplayName, MetadataCreated, and MetadataUpdated appear at the top, while a Logins (x) list at the bottom shows each Domain and UserID. Done means the page displays these fields for members with one or more logins.
