'Discard project changes’ confirmation does not appear more than once

Steps to reproduce

1. Open projects list
2. Select project from list
- At this point you are on Project Properties page of last selected project
3. Rename project (Save changes)
- Project is ‘modified’
4. Go back to projects list
5. Select another project
- You will see Dialog with question for proceeding (Enter ‘Cancel')
6. After ‘Canceling’ , you will be redirected to 'Project Properties' page of previous modified project
(as expected)
7. Go back to the projects list. If you try to open the same project as last time (not the currently
modified unsaved project), you will be redirected without asking for proceeding.

Start by reproducing the navigation flow between the projects list and Project Properties page, including canceling the discard-changes dialog. Trace the confirmation state after the first cancellation and identify why selecting another project no longer prompts. Done means the confirmation appears whenever navigating away from modified project changes, including when reopening the previously selected project.
