BUG: Create AM Scan Paths does not properly fill in triangle geometry

Description
Using the supplied input file, run the "Create AM Scan Paths" Filter. In the visualization, filter out for Region ID=4 and Part ID =4. The solid volume is not filled in much when compared to the other "Parts" in the input geometry.
This seems like a bug.
