Report Errors/Warnings when reading legacy .dream3d files

3rd parties have written .dream3d file exporters. Not sure they all quite got the file spec correct (we didn't have any good docs so that is mostly our fault).

We need a test case that tests some know questionable 3rd party .dream3d files.
