DOC: Typo in github url on dream3d.io/nx_reference_manual

### Brief Description of the Documentation Issue or Improvement

The discrepancy can be found at https://www.dream3d.io/nx_reference_manual/html/index.html both times simplnx is linked to the link is `https://www.gtithub.com/bluequartzsoftware/simplnx` rather than `...github...`. I wouldn't be surprised if other links to the simplnx repo in the nx_reference_manual have this typo.
