Description

### Is there an existing plan for this?

- [x] I have searched the existing discussions, release notes, and documentation.

### Description of the Feature, Filter, or Functionality?

Currently Dream3DNX has an align misorientation filter, which has translational correction functionality along x,y directions. But translational correction alignment may not be sufficient and rotational correction as well as scaling/stretching corrections needs to be included to truly achieve the aperfect alignment in some cases.

### Version

7.0.x (DREAM3DNX beta)

### What section did you foresee your suggestion falling in? [Further details may be required during triage process]

Filter Library (or Search Bar)

### Steps To Implement

the below attached paper has a mathematical equations necessary to implement the translational, rotational, scaling corrections.

Research direction

Start with the existing align misorientation filter and the attached 3D_ALIGNMENT.pdf, since the issue names no source files or tests. Confirm how translational correction currently works, then define the rotational and scaling requirements from the paper; done means the filter supports the specified alignment functionality with suitable validation.
