Add "quick start" workflows to the user manual

There are currently more in-depth tutorials in the user manual, but a section named "Quick Start" should be added for new users. This section would contain several example pipelines from common workflows with only minor exposition. These pipelines would be meant to give users a reasonable starting point for their own analyses.
