Review of Model Folder

The model folder needs to be checked and updated with more models.

The following model types should have an example custom trained model.

1. Pytorch, the base
2. Torchvision
3. Tflite
4. Onnx
5. EdgeTPU
6. NCNN

The following should be exported on the device it will be run on:

1. TensorRT
2. *NCNN, may not be nessesary.

There should only be one example model for each type, and we should use a standard image size, 640, or 480.
