### Description
Enable paying lightning invoices/lnurl/lnaddresses from BTC & L-BTC, receiving from lightning
This is especially interesting for Green on Android and iOS as this gives green a USP in being a fully fledged wallet for all three networks with one global balance for L-BTC and BTC
