Unable to Log In to Blockstream Green with Ledger Nano S on Liquid App v1.4.9 (id_login_failed)

Hi, I'm having trouble logging into my desktop Blockstream Green 2.0.23 using my Ledger Nano S via the Liquid 1.4.9.
A few weeks ago, I used the wallet and it worked fine, so this seems to be a recent issue.
