Full balance and certain transactions not showing on Green mobile app

### Description

Full balance of the wallet, wrong number of confirmations for certain transactions, and certain transactions are missing (most recent ones only). Also, the most recent transactions do seem to get confirmed on the blockchain but do not appear in the account itself---both for mobile and desktop.
