Full passphrase support in newest Trezor firmwares (1.9.0 and 2.3.0)

As indicated in an email from @prusnak three weeks ago we have done some modifications regarding how passphrase is communicated between Trezor and the host.

Please see this [document](https://docs.trezor.io/trezor-firmware/common/communication/passphrase-redesign-migration.html) how to migrate to the newer design. Most of the changes are backwards compatible but to support passphrase entry on Trezor T some changes are required.
