Specter DIY Support (Specter DIY even supports Liquid Network)

Green Wallet does not support Specter DIY, even though Specter DIY is first of all a great Opensource Bitcoin only Hardware Wallet project. And on top of that it is one of the few Hardware Wallets that have Support for the Liquid Side Chain.


If Green Wallet were to add support for Specter DIY, many more people could use the Liquid network without being dependent on the Jade wallet. Users would have more options, increasing accessibility.

Additionally, adding Specter DIY support wouldn’t be too difficult, as its signing functionality is similar to that of Jade, which Green Wallet already supports. And it is already supportet by a lot of other Opensource Companion Apps like: Sparrow Wallet, Nunchuk, Blue Wallet, Bitcoin Keeper and Specter Desktop.
