Esplora localhost for windows 10

Hello I am using windows 10.
I downloaded and installed Docker for Windows.
and I loaded the image with "docker pull blockstream / esplora" in PowerShell.
I also downloaded the Bitcoin Core and Blockchain data to my computer.
I want to use "Esplora HTTP api" in my browser with Esplora at localhost.

I could not run Windows with Docker as Local. I guess I didn't activate Npm.

I am a new learner. So my questions can be very amateurish. I'm just trying to find out. Thank you.
