Block confirmation estimation still buggy

With an unconfirmed transaction paying 11 sat/vB, when low fees on the Bitcoin network, the explorer tells it is 0.2 vMB from the tip, but that it will take 144 blocks to confirm.

This issue was reported here https://github.com/Blockstream/esplora/issues/102 and was supposedly fixed in https://github.com/Blockstream/electrs/commit/baee77b68ac74d1f2acf3b4e260e22f0ed75958c

The miscomputed block time estimation "144" is still here, even running latest esplora and electrs new-index branch.
