Description
When installing 1.0.41 via airgapped USB on a device which already has 1.0.41 installed (Jade Plus), the device should refuse to install it since it's already installed, or it should "reinstall" it while informing the user.
Instead, the current result is that it gets to 4% and then freezes.
I happened to come across this when checking the hash of the already-installed firmware.
Huge thanks to the whole Jade team for all of the updates - it's the time of the great bug-squashening!

Research direction
Reproduce the issue on a Jade Plus by attempting to install firmware 1.0.41 again through an airgapped USB, then trace the firmware-update path around the point where installation reaches 4% and freezes. Done means an already-installed version is rejected clearly or reinstalled with user notification, without freezing.
