Unable to use webpage to login with qr optiom

Description
I am trying to login toy jade using qr option and used this website https://jadefw.blockstream.com/pinqr/index.html
The website scans the step 1/4 qr and i see progress bar updated and finished. But once finished animated qr is not shown on the webpage. I see the attached image screen.
Is it a temperory issue or is it something wrong with my jade. Could it be that I recieved a non spam hardware and it creates wrong animated qr?
