Here's an issue. What kind of fulfillment is Jade running. I ordered a BJade two wks ago w 2 day shipping which is presently stuck in PA shipping to NY. I contact 'inquires' and 'store' @ blockstream but 0% replies any recognizable customer service response? What is going on please. Thanks. Happy holidays too.
