Create a Static Page for Spotbit

@javiervargas wrote a great web frontend for spotbit, although unfortunately it uses javascript which often does not work well over tor. A clearnet website could be set up that uses the blockchain commons spotbit node to provide an example to prospective users. The data for the website is in the /www folder, and just needs to be copied to an Apache / nginx server in order to work. The particular onion address would also need to be specified inside the code if it was running on a server other than the same one as the spotbit server itself.
