UX: Highlight Important Bytes in SSKR Values

@Sjlver You might want to look at how SeedTool-iOS prints SSKR shares, in particular how it bolds the byte words used for CRC, as with multiple shards that is what we use as an identifier to request a shard back from a shard holder.

You also may want to put a date-time generated on the SSKR shards, as they will be different every time they are generated (except --deterministic). (@wolfmcnally ?)

We are also considering italicizing the initial words "tuna acid epic gyro" as these are the same for all SSKRs. This means that these can be left off of metal plates that archive remaining 25 words, which work with most existing seed metal archive tools (all those that have room for the 25th BIP-38 passphrase.)
