Warning that closing Gordian Server does not turn off bitcoin

Description
When you quit Gordian Server, and bitcoin-core, lightning, etc. is running, it should tell you that quitting Gordian Server does not turn off the following services (list), and offer to to turn off all of them, don't quit, and the default button "Quit leaving services running".
There should probably also be a option box to "[ ] Don't show this message anymore".
